Comfortable new self contained 40 square metres apartment, comprising 1 lounge, 1 aircon room & 1 bathroom with hot water. Part of a complex including a guest house. Located near the city park and the banks, 500 metres away from the beach. Resting area in front, near a fish pond. The quietest place in town.
