A perfect 'tiny home' for visitors wanting a city break or a country escape or a blend of both. Use this haven as a base to see the sites, sounds and sports activities offered in the city of Bristol. Adventure on foot for gorgeous walks or cycle along the great network of cycle paths. Day drives to Bath, Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Glastonbury, and surrounds are within easy reach. For those commuters who need access to Bristol International Airport, we are a stone's throw away (by bus or Uber).

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Boutique Country Retreat

Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs a large entertaining and dining area leads to the a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to a shower room. There is a snug with large tv and a selection of games and books. French doors lead to a fabulous outdoor seating area

The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The cottage is surrounded by scenic walking trails and a short walk to Chew Valley lake and close to the Mendip Hills. Bristol airport is 10 minutes away, Bath 10 miles away and Bristol 6 miles away.

Fairywells is a self-contained barn conversion. It is attached to our stable block across the stable yard from our farmhouse. The property is newly converted. It is located in beautiful rural Somerset, yet ideal for central Bristol (15 minute drive) and Bristol Airport (less than 10 minute drive). There are lovely local walks straight from the property, with a footpath leading down to the pretty village of Barrow Gurney which has a pub and shop.

Just 10 minutes from Bristol Airport, perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Easy access to Bristol, Bath and Weston-super-Mare. Comfortable, simple accommodation sleeping 2 (up to 4 at a squeeze) with two double beds (one sofa bed). Private bathroom with toilet and shower. Tea and coffee provided. Rural guest house, close to Bristol Airport

The annexe has recently been fully renovated and is attached to our main bungalow. Guests will have full access to the private annexe with all appropriate furnishings/equipment within the property. It is conveniently close to Bristol Airport (less than a 5 minute drive) and a 20 minute drive to Bristol. There are other villages and towns close by, with the North Somerset Coast a short drive away.
