Farm Living

We offer a quiet country setting on a small working farm, with cows, horses, pigs, goats, donkeys, peacocks, emu, rabbits, dogs, chickens, ducks and wildlife strolling now and then. There’s opportunity to interact with the animals. Pack n play available for little ones upon request and another twin fold up bed. Your home away from home is a spacious & newly renovated basement/in-law apartment (approx 1100 sq feet) located below the main house, with its own private entrance, dedicated parking & in walkable neighborhood. The unit has a bathroom, full kitchen, living room & bedroom w/queen bed & extra tv. Hubbardston is a quaint little town with no stop-lights yet conveniently located to many beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and lakes. 10 minutes from route 2 and 15 minutes from Mt Wachusetts.

Craig's Cove is a two-room apartment (in my finished basement) with a farmhouse industrial motif and is in close proximity to Sturbridge, wineries, micro-brews such as Lost Towns Brewing, and beautiful scenery. Guests will be provided with one off-street parking space, private entry, bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, free wifi, coffee, kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, hot plate (no full size stove), and patio with pergola.

Constructed waterfall views are just feet away from you! Not far from Boston, RI or CT, this newly designed home is located at a privately viewed pond, in New England, near Mt. Monadnock! Kick back, relax & listen to the water falling in a screened-in gazebo, or in the outdoor hot tub! Or view it all at the picture windows and enjoy the solitude at this picturesque retreat! Inside you'll find multiple lounging areas, luxurious beds, a fully stocked kitchen and a fun game room.

Tuck yourself into a mature oak forest on the field’s edge of our flower farm, Tapalou Guilds. All-weather canvas tent is pitched with a comfy king mattress inside. Three elevated decks with chairs and a hammock give you options for relaxing and steeping in the forest vibe. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane gas range. We provide potable water from our well. Outdoor shower with on-demand hot water. Simple outhouse with sawdust composting system is clean and convenient.
