Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

The Rail Trail is a 2 mile drive where grocery stores are also located. There is new flooring, new beds, refrigerator & window treatments. A/C, TV, heat & wifi included. Plenty of closet/storage space. Enjoy the private outdoor patio or communal area across the street. Also, a storage shed for your bikes! Stay and enjoy!!

The house is has 3 apartments and this apartment is cozy and has direct outside access. Keyes beach and Kalmus beach are just short walks. The space was just renovated this summer and all the furniture and supplies are new. Curl up and watch tv or read and enjoy some quiet time close to wonderful places to explore nature.
