An open main-level kitchen and living area with a 3/4 bath, and a walkout lower level with a second bedroom featuring two twin beds. A sliding door opens to a patio with access to the pond.

This is a back-to-basics retreat with no Wi-Fi, AC, TV or modern amenities (simple hook & eye locks). Guests bring their own linens and toiletries

McCormick Cottages - Studio Cottage

The cottages are rented Saturday to Saturday. Stay at our compound by the beach. The layout provides for the perfect setting for family reunions – providing total sleeping capacity for up to 12 in four separate cottages. Please note: bring all linens
