Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within West Sussex (Warninglid), this lovely little home has a very special place in our family's heart and is equipped with everything you could need for a memorable stay. You will have access to the High Weald on your doorstep with numerous bridleways and footpaths. Access to the South Downs and coast is only a short drive away; locally, there is a wealth of fine dining choices and easily accessible shopping options in the nearby market towns.

Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Airship 001 Sussex Woodland

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, since 2016, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. The Airship is NOT suitable for those who need these services.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. The Shed down the Field .Hidden gem private garden

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Wild Spa Cottage

Our 18th century cottage sleeps 4 and offers the benefits of both historical features and all the ‘mod-cons’ you need. Enjoy restful sleep in luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and duck feather bedding. Whip up a sumptuous meal in the well-equipped country kitchen and snuggle up in the living room with its log wood burner. This quaint cottage also has a private garden with lovely views from the property. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday in a beautiful rural setting.

Little Green Street Barn

Gorgeous open plan annex above garage. Property is positioned at the front of the main house with own access. The property used to be part of the well known Knepp estate so in a great position for walking & seeing the wild life on the estate. There are 3 pubs within walking distance (15-20 mins walk) & the newly opened restaurant on Knepp. We would advise you to have a car. You can get a taxi from Horsham station but once you are at the property the taxis can be unreliable.

Private area with lawn for the use of guests, that is not overlooked. Parking for two cars. Good walks and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Gorgeous 3 Bay Barn

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

Beautiful private double room, ensuite & patio

Bright and spacious ground floor double bedroom, beautifully decorated with en-suite shower room & private access leading onto the patio & secluded shared family garden. Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.

Little Apple Barn is a delightful one bedroom retreat nestled in the rolling Sussex countryside close to wonderful vineyards and beautiful historic hamlets. It is newly decorated, with brand new furniture throughout, boasting a very spacious living area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and french doors leading to the pretty lawned cottage garden. Comes with free WiFi, Freeview, Netflix, iplayer and other streaming services.
