There are window air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen.

Located 1 block from the bay and ocean this Spanish style home features 3 bdr, 2 full-baths, balcony, deck, a full mixed martial arts gym, off-street parking and a beautiful 8 person hot tub! Also, I do not charge a cleaning fee because I feel that it should be included in the price.
