Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

It is walking distance to everything.

The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim.

Half a mile to downtown Manasquan. The beach is only 1.5 miles away. Inground salt water swimming pool. Beautiful landscaped grounds to relax and read a book!.

Nice condo. Per night rate for high season. Water park 2 blks - summertime. Ask for offseason rates. Balcony, one parking space - off street, central air, cable TV, full kitchen(microwave etc), washer/dryer and beach tags(4). Family friendly resort. For dates from April 1 thru June 30 renting guest must be 25 or older.
