No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Si trova nel cuore del centro storico, vicinissimo al corso principale dalla città. E' un edificio storico, sviluppato su 3 livelli con una stanza per piano collegate da scale, con arredi storici, ampia cucina abitabile, due camere da letto matrimoniali e terrazzo con doccia esterna e una vista incantevole . Si affaccia con balconi ad una delle piazze più magiche della città, tranquilla ed elegante. Le scale sono dotate di corrimano, ma sconsigliamo il posto a persone con mobilità ridotta.

La Casetta del Pescatore

Questa casetta e' al piano terra in pieno centro storico a Mola di Bari. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2015 recuperando due locali usati nei tempi passati come deposito delle reti da pesca di uno dei piu' famosi pescatori della zona: mio padre. Ha due entrate: una principale in Via Duomo 19 e una secondaria. E' vicina a ristoranti, mare, farmacie, bar e vita notturna.
