Due to hurricane Ian, the courtyards and tennis courts are under repair. Pools are open. 2 of 4 entrances are open. Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Welcome to our coastal condo. We are located on the 9th Floor of Bldg. 1 at Beach and Tennis Club. Beautiful sunsets await you in our 1-bedroom, studio condo with views of both the Gulf and Bay. We are just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Amenities such as shared pools and private balcony are all open and available for use to relax & unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of waves.

Easy Breezy @ Bonita Beach and Tennis

Bonita beach and tennis clubs is currently still under construction from Hurricane Ian two years ago. Please inquire about the state of the property before booking. Some amenities are still limited. The beach, doc’s, Bonita jet ski and parasail, coconut jacks are all open. The balcony IS accessible at this time. The pools are OPEN!!! . Do not hesitate with any questions.
