Heritage Villa Croc

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with dining area, bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue. Note: Youth groups not permitted!

The Village - Premium Apartment/ Beach 5 minutes

The only apartment in our house with full privacy. It's a newly renovated and fully equipped two bedroom apartment with a modern open-space design with a unique high wooden ceiling. The parking is free and located in front of your apartment. The apartment has 80 m2 which will ensure a very comfortable stay. It's located in a typical quiet Istrian village only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Aquapark Istralandia. The Quattro Terre MTB trail goes through the village.

Villa Luka

Miran ambijent okružen prirodom udaljen od mora 5 km. Kamena kuća sa hrastovim namještajem na 3 etaže, sa velikim otvorenim prostorima. S prekrasnim pogledom na more i Alpe. U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Udaljenost od grada garantira mir i slobodu. Idealno za obitelji, bicikliste i sve one koji uživaju u prirodi. Gosti imaju 30% popust na ulaznicu u aquapark.

Galeria Cornelia- Istrian House / Heated POOL

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Old Mulberry Stone House Apartma Murva

Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Apartman Hortensia nalazi se u centru malog istarskog gradića Buja. Udaljen 12 km od mora (Umag, Novigrad, Aquapark Istralandia, Poreč 30km). Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan WiFi, Netflix,opremljena kuhinja: hladnjak,zamrzivač,indukcija,aparatom za kavu, mocca,mikrovalna,toster, kuhalo te napa. Sadrži 2 spavaće sobe, bračni krevet i 2 kreveta za 1 osobu, te kauč na razvlačenje za 2 osobe i krevetić za dijete (plus dodatna operma za dijete na upit). Zračna luka Trst 40 km i Pula 78 km.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Apartment Cristina with stunning view

Apartment Cristina offers a relaxing holiday with a beautiful view of the landscape and Motovun. The apartment has everything you could need and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. In front of the apartment is a terrace with one of the most beautiful views of the Istrian landscape, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or some of the top wines of the region in the evening. We also provide a parking place for 1 car.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

In the countryside, just 10 min away from the Adriatic Seacoast, nestled in the green rolling hills, hides a haven of peace, Villa la Vinella. This unique renovated farmhouse, dating back to the 19th century, with its contemporary design, combining rustic elements and modern architecture, minimalist decor and exquisite details such as the beautiful antique furniture in the living room, will allow you to enjoy the peaceful surrounding with nature at your doorstep.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Ein altes Steinhaus wurde mit viel Feingefühl zu einem stilvollen, kleinen Ferienhaus umgebaut. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für zwei Personen sowie einen wundervolle, private, großzügige Terrasse. Im großen mediterranen Garten steht Ihnen ein herrlicher Pool mit Wasserfall, Poolliegen und ein Loungebereich zur Verfügung. Villa Brtonigla ima 250 m2, te je podijeljena na prizemlje i kat. U samoj vili smještene su 3 spavaće sobe sa kupatilima, kuhinja s blagovaonicom te prostrani dnevni boravak s izlazom na bazen i vrt. Terasa na prvom katu veličine je 40m2 s pogledom na more. Vila se nalazi na velikoj parceli od 3.350 m2. Kuća je udaljena 200 m centra, 200m od trgovine, 5.000m od mora, 200 m udaljena je od restorana, doktor je udaljen 300 m, apoteka je udaljena 300 m.
