Living room has a comfortable couch with a queen-size pullout bed. The balcony offers a peaceful hammock for relaxation. The building offers a variety of amenities, including an infinity pool, and direct access to the beach. Secured and covered parking space. Conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to the Mall del Pacifico.

Modern apartment with ocean views, steps from El Murciélago Beach (venue for Ironman 70.3), Mall del Pacífico, and top local restaurants. Perfect for vacation/remote work with a monitor provided. Quiet, away from street noise. 24/7 security and high-speed fiber optic internet. Amenities include a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi (open Tue-Sun, it may change without notice). The building has a generator for common areas, and a UPS keeps the WiFi running. Elevator, water, and internet work during outages.

Este elegante alojamiento es ideal para viajes en familia con una vista excepcional desde el piso 14 y acceso a todas las comodidades del hotel Poseidon. Ante el problema de generación eléctrica del país, el edificio cuenta con generador propio que abastece a todos los enchufes, tomacorrientes, luces, aparatos electrónicos, etcétera. Ell generador no cubre el encendido de los aires acondicionados por los que estos no funcionarán mientras haya cortes del servicio eléctrico de la red pública.

Close from Plaza La Cuadra, an area with restaurants and market in the newest area of Manta. 5 minutes from Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murcielago by car. From the building one can walk in the beach. Family can enjoy pools, jacuzzi, tenis court, gym, playground.
