This is an apartment of about 80 square meters in a sixteenth century building, with a view of the sea, the islands of Procida and Vivara and part of the Phlegrean Coast, and of course of the Aragonese Castle. The apartment is located in the historical centre, the old town of Ischia Ponte, and is surrounded by all main facilities, shops, restaurants, chemist, food-stores, etc. The double bedroom and the main living area are on two different levels, connected by a few steps, there is a small single bedroom, a kitchen with sitting area, an entrance hall and three bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There are two entrances: one directly from the old town centre and the other one over a beautiful terrace (approx 15 m2) from the Aragonese promenade. You will find satellite TV (Astra) and Italian digital TV, as well as Internet and electric heating. The apartment has a four-burner stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, hair-dryer, microwave, kettle and sufficient kitchen-equipment and linens. Despite its very central location it is a very quiet place, perfect for those guests who would like to enjoy the beauties of the Gulf and Ischia’s Old Town in a cosy and serene atmosphere. A few meters from the terrace the jetty is the mooring area for small fisher boats selling fresh fish, and 200 meters towards the centre you will find an ancient bakery with a wood-oven daily selling their delicious fresh bread.

La mia casa ti piacerà per: panorami, posizione, intimità, quiete, natura, relax assoluto. E' adatta a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e animali domestici. La casa ha 1 camera matrimoniale per 2 persone, 1 camera piccola per 1 persona in cui si può aggiungere un secondo letto per un'altra persona, 2 bagni, cucina grande abitabile, 2 cortili, 1 terrazzo con veduta panoramica, molto verde intorno. Parcheggio privato a 60 metri in una radura lungo una stada privata in salita.

Via tranquilla in zona pedonale ma vicina a spiagge, ristoranti, pub, bar, negozi, supermercati, farmacia, cinema e porto. Non serve la macchina. La casa è dotata di riscaldamento, condizionatore e WiFi. Ampio terrazzo con vista sul torrione e sul golfo. Ideale per tutti: single, coppie e famiglie. Situato sul Corso principale di Lacco Ameno, e’formato da una camera da letto matrimoniale, poltrona letto, bagno, cucina. L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

Portion of panoramic villa - free WIFI

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

"Profumo di mare" casa vacanze Ischia

Profumo di mare è un attico bilocale di nuova costruzione, in villa, con un ampio terrazzo panoramico. È situato nella baia di Cartaromana, con vista sul golfo di Napoli (Vesuvio, penisola Sorrentino, isole di Capri, Procida e Vivara). L'attico è al secondo piano ed è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs.
