Entire 3 bedroom inlaw suite with private entrance. Amenities include: Full Size Refrigerator, outdoor grill, toaster, microwave,electric stove top ,cable, wifi, pool table, dart board, hair dryer, full size bathroom, full size couch. This entire space is yours. NOT SHARED. Summer months only- fire pit area with dry split wood. Yes, we are PET FRIENDLY. Also on the ATV route. We ask not to cook FISH inside the BNB. The next guest can be allergic to fish odours which lead to serious health issues

Cozy spacious one bedroom suite with queen bed, private bathroom, separate entrance, a lot of space for private living room, it has microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and full size fridge (no Kitchen, no stove). TV with Netflix, youtube , WIFI. Driveway parking available. Pets are limited. Easy access highway, 5 mins straight drive to new hospital and Grenfell Campus, 10 mins to amenities. 1.5 hrs drive to Gros Morne National Park, 40 mins drive to deer lake airport, 2.50 hrs to Ferry.

Summer: enjoy your own beach & fire pit/swim/kayak/SUP; explore nearby hiking trails/zip lining/golfing/fishing. Winter: access snowmobile trails from the house; enjoy nearby skiing/snowshoeing/snowboarding.
