This is a beautiful, fully equipped basement apt. The kitchen and LR are open and spacious. A sliding glass door bathes the room in light and walks out to the golf course. There is a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. There is PLENTY of HOT WATER because there are 2 water heaters in the house. (A previous guest had commented that there wasn’t hot water. An adjustment needed to be made on the new faucet which was taken care of. )

Mountain View Basement

*Will have to walk through some snow to the backyard in the Winter! Only 25 miles from Lava Hot Springs and 5 from downtown Pocatello. Plenty of space in a beautiful area. Outdoor patio with a beautiful view of the Idaho mountains. Bedroom has a queen size bed and a queen air mattress that can be used as a bed if needed. The living room has a bar area with a microwave, toaster and two mini fridges. There is a full size futon for use as well. Gorgeous fireplace under the TV.
