Fargo is a historic building dating back to 1914. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. The G.O.A.T House

Come enjoy a stay at our cozy single level home with a rustic feel. Inside features a full kitchen, a relaxing living room, 2 full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. Outside features a big yard with lots of space for games and activities. It is surrounded by beautiful ranch/farm land with animals nearby. It is located 11 minutes from Lava Hot Springs, 20 minutes from Downata Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from pebble creek ski area.

Located in a beautiful country setting on 5 acres this is a 2-bedroom 1 full bath guest suite in walk in basement with living/dining area, and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge only, NO oven, NO kitchen sink). We are located just 5 miles from Lava Hot Springs.
