The space is a charming full size private apartment that is cleaned and maintained for the traveler and it has all the essentials: King bed, AC, Wi-Fi, kitchen with gas stove, laundry and so forth. Amazing central location. 3 blocks to Downtown, across TSTC and walking distance to Howard Payne University.

Lake access, golfing, dining, and hiking all within 10 miles. *water level are low, please check for open boat ramps*

Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!

Fairly close to OH Ivie lake where a Texas angler reeled in an 'historic' bass, one of the largest of all time in February 2023!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee. Enjoy all of the native Texas wildlife that surrounds the creek bottom, some of the best fishing in Brown county, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming and family time. Located not far from town but you get the enjoyment of the country.

Hefner Lake House

THE LAKE IS back!! Thank God for the rain. The cabin provides a relaxing getaway. Rustic charm with amazing views. 2 private bedrooms, One queen bed and one full. 2 sets of bunks outside of bedrooms for extra sleep space. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.

An easy two and one/half hour drive from the DFW area or Austin, nestled among several hundred acres, Rockin' H Lavender Farm is the perfect weekend getaway.
