We’re Ana and Steven, your hosts at Tree Tops Studio Nestled in Bangor, a picturesque part of Sydney’s South, our studio offers a tranquil retreat with a stunning bush area right across the street, perfect for walks or simply enjoying from your own balcony. The studio is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, stove, fridge, and washing machine. Inside, you’ll find a cosy double bed, a wardrobe, lounge chairs. Private side entrance to the studio via steps.

The Cozy Granny Flat

PLEASE READ!!! We have building works next to our property and we don’t know how this will affect your stay. The hours are from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8am-3pm. Completed by Nov’25. Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
