This is our family home, the house that I was born and raised in 73 years ago. Built by my parents in 1941, it has a beautiful back yard with a year round flowing stream with a footbridge, a couple of buildings that were a horse barn and playhouse from my youth, and even an old mill dam. Located just a few minutes to shopping (Grocery, Pharmacy etc) & the local hospital. Within 25 minutes to Okemo, and several other ski areas are within an hours drive! You have the entire home to yourself, including 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, dining and living room, and a kids space. Out back is a fire pit and access to the Black River. The freight train is active but slow.

A new automatic sprinkler system was installed in 2024 & the house complies with all safety regulations & certified by the town of Chester. Must be 25 years to rent. Long term rentals possible.
