This special place is situated right in the heart of the old town, very close to everything - historical sights and museums, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to plan your visit, as you can get around on foot. The apartment has its own cute private entrance in a charming courtyard and is super cozy. It's on two floors - a fully equipped kitchen on one, and a bedroom and a brand new bathroom on the other. This tiny home is full of clever storage solutions, making it a very unique apartment.

This 3rd floor studio apartment is cozy and quiet, providing good sleep and perfect location in beautiful environment in the trendy Kalamaja area, next to the Old town, Telliskivi and Tallinna's new Farmers market. To Old town is just 5 minute walk as well as to the famous Telliskivi area, tram stop and Supermarket 10m away from house across street. Next of the house is plenty of restaurants and coffee shops

Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.

Cozy 1 room home with perfect location in Tallinn. Private parking is available on the site. Free Wi-Fi. The apartment is next to the beautiful Old Town: 10 min walk. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nice with old traditional wooden houses, parks, kids playgrounds etc. Famous hipster town "Kalamaja" is 15 min walk, shopping area and market 10 min walk, a small grocery just around the corner. Its good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
