A warm welcome awaits you at this comfortable, spacious Village Barn - 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 + up to 2 guests in the snug that is doggy friendly (up to 4 dogs). The south facing walled Garden is well planted, private & secure. The gated Courtyard has parking for 5 cars. Recently refurbished it offers all the home comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Surrounded by open countryside, its a short walk to the "George & Dragon" with its friendly atmosphere, log fires, local ales and home cooked food

Herrieffs Cottage

This is a very spacious Grade 2 listed 1 double bedroom cottage, with exposed beams and Horton stone walls. The cottage offers off street parking in a secure garden. The village pub is within walking distance. We are ideally located for visits to Soho Farmhouse (20 mins), Diddly Squat Farm (30 mins), The Farmers Dog Pub (45 mins), Silverstone (35 mins), Daylesford Farm (30 mins), Bicester Village (25 mins) and trains to London in just under an hour! Miles of beautiful walks on the doorstep!

You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).
