Welcome to “SeaBreeze” – your relaxing home from home experience in Portstewart on the wonderful North Coast of Northern Ireland. We are located in a quiet street with green space which is safe for children. We are located within a few minutes’ drive of Portstewarts’ renowned promenade with its’ famous ice-cream, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also just under a mile from Portstewart’s famous blue flag beach where you can visit Harry’s Shack and enjoy your meal right on the beach. Portstewart’s championship golf links course is a two-minute drive from the house which is sure to appeal if you fancy a round of golf. The house is a two-minute walk from a Tesco supermarket, a diversity park for children and Flowerfield Arts Centre. The bustling shopping town of Coleraine and the Riverside Theatre are less than five minutes away. We are also less than a ten-minute drive from all of the attractions of neighbouring Portrush with its’ world class golf course and numerous restaurants. Other local attractions include the world-famous Giants’ Causeway as well as the Bushmills Distillery, the Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and the beautiful seaside town of Ballycastle where you can take the short boat trip to Rathlin Island. We are also less than half and hours’ drive from the beautiful beaches at Castlerock and Downhill, Mussenden Temple and the ferry ride to Donegal a few miles along the coast road at Magilligan Point. If you are using public transport an hourly coastal bus service is available within a few metres of the front door of the house and the train stations at Coleraine and Portrush are less than ten minutes away. A uniquely perfect beachfront location! Just a 10 minute walk to town and right on the golf course, you will be spoilt for things to do. Exceptional sea views from every room! Several outdoor seating areas and decks to enjoy the unique location with the added bonus of a fire pit. Large kitchen and dining room, 2 separate lounges with fireplaces and a large sunroom to enjoy the view even on the not so sunny days. Plenty of room to all be together or to spread out and enjoy some quiet time alone.

Home with a view

We are just one mile from the Bushmills distillery and two miles from the Giant's Causeway. We are in the country yet close to all amenities. The beautiful North Coast is only two miles from here at Portballintrae, a surfer's paradise. The ruins of Dunluce Castle are well worth a visit as you tour the coast to Portrush and Portstewart where golfers will be spoilt for choice. We have great views of the sea and surrounding countryside and you can watch the sun setting over Portballintrae harbour.

Beach house at Glens of Antrim

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The house is situated in a great location at the village of Waterfoot right beside the beach, 5 minutes drive from the Glennariff forest. A children's playpark a short walk away a local supermarket, a chippy and 2 pubs on your doorstep. At this location you are in the middle of the famous Causway coastal route with The Giants Causway, Carrick a rope Bridge , the Dark hedges , the towns Ballycastle and Portrush etc.

North Coast Beach House Steps from the Beach

A large and unique beachfront house with spectacular views of Lough Foyle and steps from Magilligan Beach. Located beside the Point Bar and Restaurant, you can eat by the fireside while overlooking Inishowen in Donegal where Game of Thrones was filmed. This house boasts access to many of Northern Ireland's famous tourist attractions: Giants Causeway Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge Binevenagh and The Dark Hedges (Game of Thrones film locations) Bushmills Distillery Portrush Portstewart

Rathlin View Cottage Ballycastle overlooks the sea

This charming, traditional Irish cottage has been fully restored and is uniquely situated on an outcrop of rock. It has a walled garden which is washed on two sides by the sea. It has a stunning location, with breathtaking views out over the sea to Fair Head, Rathlin Island, Kenbane and the Scottish coast. The new conservatory, is an additional feature for guests to enjoy the magnificent views. The cottage accommodates four and has an open fire and oil fired central heating.

Lavender Cottage - Sleeps 10

This detached house is situated in a quiet cul de sac, only 2 mins walk from the beach and tennis courts. Ballycastle Golf Club is 5 minutes walk and there are many pubs and restaurants within the local vicinity. Parking for up to three cars on site and a car park facing the cul de sac. Bedroom one is downstairs as is one bathroom. dEnclosed back patio. If you require accommodation for a larger party please consider combining with Moss Cottage which is on the same cul de sac.

"Safe Harbour" is a newly refurbished 4 bedroom detached house with extensive patio area and secluded mature garden with stunning sea and hill views. All bedrooms have sea views, some all the way to Scotland and Fairhead, backdrop to many scenes from The Game of Thrones. Two of the bedrooms have modern ensuite bathrooms. 18 miles from Royal Portrush for "The Open", 2 minutes walk from the beach, the Rathlin ferry, nearby pubs, restaurants and an 18 holes link golf club.

Ballycastle Tower

Built in 1846, “The Tower” sits proudly in the middle of a row of six terraced cottages known as the Old Coastguard Cottages, Ballycastle. Beautifully restored, this 3-storey, 3 bedroom unique property has fantastic panoramic views to Fairhead, Rathlin Island and over the Irish Sea to Scotland and is ideally situated to sight see around the magnificent North Coast. The Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and Bushmills Distillery are all within a 30min drive.

Ballintoy Sea view

Modern 4 bedroom house in the idyllic coastal beauty spot of Ballintoy village. Spacious and modern with all essential amenities including wood burning stove. Walking distance of the Carrick -a-rede rope bridge and the famous Game of Thrones Ballintoy harbour. Accommodation comprises one king size, two double, one single bedroom and a double sofa bed in living room area. It has a wet room with walk in shower. Small enclosed front garden. Pets welcome.

Marcool Cottage

This gorgeous whitewashed cottage with roses growing over the blue half door sleeps six and is in a spectacular location leading on to the end of Ballycastle’s mile-long sandy beach. It is peaceful on a very quiet road and has stunning, uninterrupted views of the North Antrim coast. Sit in the back garden and watch the sunset over the sea, wake in the morning to the sound of waves breaking on the rocks.
