Cottonwood Cottage is located in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley in the charming Village of Ballard. Centrally located between Solvang and Los Olivos, both just a bike ride away, enjoy wine tasting, hiking, and so much more in this quaint area. This cottage is located on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Just a quick walk down the street to the Historic Ballard School. Bobs Well Bread is 3 doors down from the cottage! Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or just coffee and baked goods Thursday-Monday!

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

See what our guests have to say.... ***Between the amazing sunrise, the friendly family (dog and owners!), and the wonderfully comfortable decor, this little studio is the perfect "home base" for a weekend in the area. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.

Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.
