Location is great. Breakfast day 1 was fantastic, trip days meant we were too early to do another breakfast. Winni and the team were available if we needed anything and Ketut drove us around many days and was always accomodating. Place was ideal for our family with teenage children who loved the pool.

Wayan was responsive host, even helped us get replacement scooter when it died in the middle of Ubud. The villa itself is in great location for people want to enjoy peace and quiet but still be in walkable distance of central Ubud (around 4km) we chose to take a path through rice fields instead of busy road and it was beautiful. recommend to stop for breakfast/lunch at Sweet Orange. The cafe Cocoku right next to villa serves also delicious meals. There was a couple of days we didn't get a cleaning service which is understable considering we came in the middle of Galungan celebration.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning villa in Bali, and I can't recommend it enough! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true paradise. The design was elegant and comfortable, blending traditional Balinese elements with modern amenities. We returned to this villa after staying here two years ago and of course we did not regret it! Villa was super clean, Host was super friendly and always checks on us via texts if we needed anything. They also have a security personnel stationed outside of the main entrance of the villa. We really enjoyed and love our stay here and cant wait for our next trip here!

this is a great Villa right in Seminyak walking distance to bars restaurants and shops yet tucked away so very private. idea for 3 couples and the 4th bedroom upstairs would be good for kids but not adults as no upstairs bathroom.

Wonderful stay. Natasha was very responsive. We were offered early check in and late check out which we really appreciated! Shout out to our hosts Made, Icha, Wayan and Gede for making our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous! Loved the 24hr security in the villa. We definitely recommend this place!

We were a family of nine staying at this beautiful villa, and from the very first moment, everything went perfectly. The property is incredibly spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout that truly made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the large, sparkling swimming pool — perfect for both relaxing and enjoying fun family time. We also made full use of the tennis court, billiards table, and table tennis, which kept everyone happily entertained. The recreation room was another great bonus, complete with gym equipment that made staying active easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just five minutes from a huge variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and local markets — everything you could need is right at your doorstep. Some of Bali’s most beautiful beaches are also just a short drive away, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.

Terima kasih bli Andri dan si mbok, sangat membantu sekali buat kita yang mau staycation dengan villa plus private pool yang super duper buaguss dan murahhh. Bisa menginap 4 orang lho disini, ac dingin, water heater menyala, kolam juga bersih. Ada peralatan dapurnya, mau pake rice cooker dikasih pinjem. Respon blinya juga baik. We had a great 4-day stay in Ubud with the family. The villa was peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. The private pool was perfect for relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to main attractions but still quiet—highly recommended!

Changgu is busy but you don’t feel that when you turn down the small street where the villa is situated almost at the end of a dead end road. When you are at the villa there is peace and quiet, it’s clean, the pool is nice for cooling at all times of the day. The friendly staff is making sure everything is in order. We were celebrating our 25 anniversary and Dorion was very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate booking the villa again.

The place was beautiful. Lots of space. Private even though you are on the families compound. Family lots that live there are so kind and friendly. Lots of great instructions and info in their little booklet. fully cleaned everyday, even floors mopped. Just loved it!
