Modern renovated stone house near Rovinj

House Katina is traditional stone house renovated in 2022 located in the village Rovinjsko Selo, 7km from Rovinj. The house is ideal for 4 adults but can accommodate up to 6 people. Open space living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the ground floor and are connected to the outdoor dining area and garden. Upstairs you will find bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed, big comfortable bathroom, and third bedroom in the attic area with two sigle beds.

Casa Porta Verde Bale

Casa Porta Verde is located in the beautiful Istrian gem Bale on the Rovinj (12km) - Pula (29km) road. It is 6km inland, and down the road is beautiful Mon Perin Camping (for which free entrance card is included in the price, incl. free Aquapark Wibit) and Paleo Park (adult daily ticket 10 EUR). Bicycle and hiking routs intertwine the area. The house is located in a small peaceful square within the old city.
