Very nice location. Easy walk to the beach. Access #31. View from upper deck is much better than photos indicate. 2 spacious bedrooms Main br with queen and bath. Second br with queen, bunk beds and bath. Large great room, 1/2 bath, and totally updated kitchen and washer/ dryer . 2 golf carts provided plus 4 bikes. Notes: while A Bird House sleeps 11 people, she is best suited for two families with 4 adults and 4 kids. There is a house being built nearby, crew hours are limited by contractor ferry and evenings were quiet.

Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it. The golf cart rental fee is handled separately from the house rental.

"No Bones About It" has one of the best locations on the island! The panoramic, unobstructed view is just breath taking! We have a traditional floor plan with the main living, dining and kitchen on the first floor. There are three bedrooms and three baths on the first floor. The first bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have a queen size bed. Upstairs we have another bedroom with a queen, two twins and a bath.
