Beachfront house with pool for 10 guests

Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

Malecon Beach House, Steps to the Caribbean Ocean

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Walk out the back door and step into the ocean. Enjoy the backyard BBQ and swimming pool or just sit back and relax looking out at the beautiful ocean waves. Public beach is two block away, where the whole family can enjoy a variety of activities and some of the best Puerto Rican food. You can walk 2 house down Mar de la Traquilida and La Curvita del Bajo and enjoy music . They both serve excellent drinks and delicious food.

Our private, gated "Sea View" home with its own private pool, is located directly off of PR Road #3 on the southeast side of the island. Guests have access to the beach across the street through our Beach Bliss property, as well as pickleball, cornhole, basketball, and hiking on the 15-acre hillside of Casa Wurster where they can enjoy stunning panoramic views and even catch a glimpse of some colorful iguanas. Experience an authentic Puerto Rican vacation away from the typical tourist areas!

Bright Sun & Moon Verouska House it's a very comfortable place for vacations and needed long stays. The house is in an urban complex (Solimar) in the town of Patillas ,Puerto Rico (southeast coast). The beach and male com area it's a 5 minutes walking distance which includes: recreation, area, restaurants, live music, dj's, karaoke, nightlife,water sports recreation rentals and fishing village. The house is surrounded by mountains and the sea with spectacular sunset and moon views.

Bienvenidos a Casa Manatee! Located in the peaceful southeastern town of Patillas, this beautiful house sits directly on the the stunning Mar de Tranquilidad. This bay earned its name because it is sheltered by a large reef, providing not only amazing snorkeling, but beautiful calm Caribbean seas to gaze out on from your house. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance, and if you're lucky you may see a manatee swimming by in the backyard!

Los Hoteles” beachfront apartment fully equipped for you to enjoy your stay. It is rented with 2 Kayaks. It is a quiet and safe place. It has two rooms with air conditioning, heater, Internet, Wifi, TV. All bedding is included. It is for 7 people. It has 1 parking. It is 8 minutes from the surfer beach "Inches". It has restaurants 5 minutes away. Supermarkets and bakeries 7 minutes away. Charcoal BBQ. The ceiling is 6' 5" high. There are common areas.

La Cottage, Ocean Front House

Beautiful beach getaway on the scenic, protected bay of Patillas. Large terrace just steps away from the water where you can often see manatees feeding in the mornings. 4 bedroom/3.5 bath, large, fully equipped kitchen, open living area with cozy living room, dining room, and family room. Very close to restaurants, surfing, public beaches, and parks. Wonderfully suited for couples as well as families.

Chili's Off Grid Beach Getaway!

We are a cozy, rustic, off-grid style getaway. The house is modest, but the location is perfect. Safe, gated (controlled access) neighborhood where walking/biking is safe and enjoyable for any person at any time. 5-8 minute walk from the beach. 20 minute drive from the river. We intentionally don't have wifi - you'll have to talk to each other or go on an adventure instead :)
