La casa consta de 4 hab. todas ellas con armarios, 2 baños completos, cocina con barra americana, salón comedor con mesa para 8 comensales, terraza y parking. Ideal para familias con niños o parejas, extra de cuna ,que se pagará en la entrada. El barrio es tranquilo y céntrico, cuenta con supermercados a 2 min, el castillo a 10 y a 3min de las dos playas.

Fantástico bajo con terraza

Maravillosa planta baja de una habitación con litera matrimonial (140cm),sofà-cama , cocina y aparcamiento privado en el recinto ,en una de las zonas mas tranquilas de Peñiscola. El apartamento se encuentra a 4 kilometros del centro de Peñiscola y a tan solo 10 minutos andando de preciosas calas y la Sierra de Irta. A dos minutos andando se encuentra el Club-U que dispone de restaurante , gran piscina al aire libre, piscina climatizada , pistas de pádel y eventos todo el año.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator), spanning 30 square meters, situated just a minute away from the beach and next to the castle. The apartment overlooks Rio Street, so it does NOT have sea views from the private balcony. However, you can always enjoy the 'chill out' terrace located on the rooftop, which is accessible to the 6 double-room studios integrated within the building. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
