Situada en la costa norte de Benicarló, encontramos la Urbanización "Benihogar".La casa la encontramos en la planta baja. Consta de comedor- cocina con chimenea y salida al porche, dos habitaciones dobles (con armarios empotrados), una habitación individual, cuarto de baño( con ducha efecto lluvia), comedor de invierno, jardín privado y comunitario y parking. La urbanización tiene acceso directo a la playa. Es un entorno único dónde reina la tranquilidad y las vistas al mar.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
