Completely equipped with every comfort and user friendly. We have 2 big balconies to have a launch and dinner under the pines's shadows Location: Simply ´PERFECT´ for a long or a short-term stay. It takes very short time to get all tourism attractions that my beautiful country can offer, great old town like Gallipoli, Lecce, Maglie, Specchia Santa Maria di Leuca and not so far also Ostuni (the whithe city) Locorotondo. Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
