This 10x12 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to town in Lo de Marcos. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Outdoor shower for “after the beach” rinsing. There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

You will share the outdoor grill kitchen, palapa dining room and 20' x 40' pool with other guests. A max capacity of 11 people for the entire house. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Casita Verde - ocean-jungle vistas w large sundeck

This new suite offers incredible ocean & jungle views. Fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean and wake up to the singing jungle birds. It is in a very quiet and peaceful part of town. The suite features a large bedroom with a king bed. Beautiful wood doors open out to the semi-outdoor dining area and kitchen. From here there is a staircase that leads to a large sundeck with lounge chairs. The beach is a five minute walk where you can find three restaurants to enjoy.

Pedrito Apartment. Be ready to experience the best Ocean view! The Perfect Spot for a romantic get away, a quick adventours weekend or a work related trip. We are 15minutes away from the town plaza, main beach and Los Muertos beach. There are several coffee places a few blocks from the apartment the perfect place to start your day! A traditional Mexican style place with rustic/industrial cement finish floors that help to keep the cool apartment temperature.

Casa Ventana al Cielo - El Sol (2 bedroom unit)

Ventana al Cielo in Sayulita which translates to: Window to the heavens, and the view certainly is heavenly! Fabulous ocean, jungle and village views, spectacular sunsets. Located near the less populated beach on north side of the river on a quiet dead end street. Approximately 5 minute walk to the beach at the end of our road. Maybe a 7 minute walk to Sayulita village where you will find restaurants, markets and anything you could want to enjoy your stay.

Private Peaceful Beach Nuevo Vallarta

The new large pool is a treat but we only have access to the furthest pool from the main condo building and our beach access is great. We are between RIU Hotel & Private Condos Aria Ocean. Wireless wifi is avail but it can be light at times, email and TV work great Zoom can be an issue.
