Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Two bedroom basement apartment with all amenities to help you have a wonderful stay when you visit Green Bay, NL. House is located on the waterfront in Springdale, NL. New reno! Everything has been brought down to studs! Playpen, bed rails, toys, extra blankets, stroller onsite for people travelling with infants and toddlers. Apartment is at the back of the building, down over some stairs.

The Lighthouse Inn Burlington

Our Lighthouse Inn has 4 levels. The first level is kitchen /sitting area and bathroom with shower. The second has a comfortable cozy bedroom for two . And a washroom just outside the bedroom. The 3rd level can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view! Quiet area! Nice if your looking for a little get away with a very unique space!

Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. Snowmobiles and atvs can access the trailbed from the home. Walking trails, trail bed, local chinese restaurant, bakery, gas station, drug store, Tim Hortons, sports bar and boat launch are just minutes away. We are also just 10 minutes away from Grand Falls-Windsor.
