The private pool, large yard, and secluded location set amidst meadows make this place the perfect retreat for guests who seek peace and quiet, while still having the benefit of being near the bustle of the culture-rich city of Salzburg. Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furnishings for a relaxed dinner among the stars, and a play area with swings and mud kitchens are what vacation dreams are made of. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. And no worries – no one will be watching, other than a few grazing cows in the nearby fields. Feel truly at peace in our secluded location, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Salzburg. Location Nestled amongst lush green fields, surrounded by mountains, and set in a secluded area, this luxury vacation home is what dreams are made of. A paved road only five minutes off the main motorway leads to our Chalet Green Pastures. A short 15-minute drive will take you to the city of Salzburg and the airport, 30 minutes to the beautiful region Salzkammergut, boasting the idyllic lakes Fuschl- and Wolfgangsee. Our luxury vacation home is also the ideal place for your furry friends - with several lanes and paths to explore right from your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks.

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Die moderne Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg/Anif. Sie bietet mit 72 m2 genug Platz für 4 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. This cozy apartment (size of 55 m2) with balcony is located in the Vitalhotel Gosau. The hotel facilities such as the wellness area (saunas, infrared, pool, ...), fitness room, games room and the playground can be used free of charge. The ski bus takes you directly from the hotel to Dachstein West, only 2 km away. The apartment offers you a living room (dining area, TV, sofa), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a bedroom (double bed and bunk bed). Bar and restaurant in the house!

Es gibt ein Wohnschlafzimmer mit Küchenzeile und ein zweites Zimmer, Balkon, WC, Bad, TV. Im Ort Bad Goisern gibt es Restaurants, Supermärkte, Geschäfte etc.

Ideal base to explore the famous Salzkammergut (lake district) region and its unique attractions, including world heritage site, Hallstatt.
