The apartment is located in the upper floor of a three-party house in a quiet Godesberg altitude and extends over 2 floors. It is bright and spacious. The view is stunning and goes into the green and the Seven Mountains. The existing balcony to South is accessible from the living room and kitchen. Living at the groundfloor we are happy to assist you to make you stay as convenient as possible! The apartment is fully equipped and has a large living room with panoramic views, kitchen and bathroom. Two double bedrooms are on the same level, the third bedroom is on the upper level accessible via a space-saving staircase. It has a double bed and a work area with desk. Parking space is available directly in front of the house on the street. The connections with the B9 and the infrastructure of the Bonn area is excellent. The Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached in 25 minutes by highway.   The apartment is a great base for exploring the local sights of Cogne-Bonn area and the romantic Rhine Valley with Rolandsbogen, Loreley and the Seven Hills. Muffendorf is a very picturesque part of Bonn-Bad Godesberg. There are many half-timbered houses in the old town along the main road and in many places that have preserved their originality. You have a good view of the Seven Mountains with Drachenfels etc. on the opposite side of the Rhine. There are two exquisite restaurants and two pubs to explore in walking distance as well as the Café de Muffendorf that Thursdays - Sundays also offers fresh baked goods. The nearest supermarket is open Monday - Saturday until 22.00. Bad Godesberg, which was considered a diplomatic district in the time of the Bonn Republic, consists of many parks and the Rhine promenade, from where you can let the picturesque backdrop of the Seven Mountains with the Drachenfels and Petersberg effect on you. A ferry brings you on the other side of the Rhine, on which there are many hiking trails such as the Rheinhöhenweg. Bad Godesberg itself is dominated by the Godesburg watching over our little town. The mineral springs at Bad Godesberg Draitschbrunnen and the town hall offer her healing water on even today. The apartment is very well connected to public transport, the next bus stop is only 50 m away and there are only two bus stops to the subway Stadthalle Bad Godesberg away (15 min walking distance). The Bad Godesberg Train Station can be reached by walking in 20 minutes, by train you are then in 5 minutes in the center of Bonn or in half an hour in Cologne. Metro and train station are easily accessible by bus. International guests are welcome!

Die Wohnung ist ca. 30 qm groß. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss, hat einen eigenen Hauseingang und eine Tür zum Garten. Im vorderen Bereich befinden sich das Duschbad und der Wohn- und Arbeitsraum mit einem großen, ausziehbaren Ess- und Schreibtisch, mit einem Sessel, Regalen und Ablagemöglichkeiten und TV. WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Im hinteren, dem Garten zugewandten Teil liegen der Schlafraum und die voll ausgestattete Küche. Bad und Wohnräume wurden vor kurzem renoviert und neu möbliert.

Gemütliche helle 50qm Wohnung im Godesberger Villenviertel. Die Essküche lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet wird man von einem plätschernden Bach begrüßt. Die Godesberger Innenstadt, der Rhein und Lebensmittelgeschäft sind fußläufig zu erreichen, die Rheinaue befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Bonner Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten oder mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Siebengebirge erreicht man in wenigen Minuten über die nahegelegene Rheinbrücke.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem neu renovierten Haus mit Terasse und Zugang zum Garten und Wald. Sehr ruhig gelegen ca. 3 km Entfernung nach B. Godesberg. Von dort aus gute Zugverbindung an alle großen Bahnhöfe Deutschlands. Logistisch gut gelegen - Airport KölnBonn ca. 30 km entfernt. Autobahn A 565 und A 552 ca. 3 km entfernt.

Mein kleines Reihenhaus verfügt über drei Etagen, ist ca. 100 qm groß und steht auf einem fast 300 qm großem Grundstück. Ich wohne in dem Haus und ziehe aus, wenn Gäste kommen. Zum Rhein und der Bonn International School sind es etwa 1 km. Die Rheinaue, die Postbank, das WCCB und die Telekom befinden sich im Umkreis von maximal 4 km. Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen.Da ich sehr alte Nachbarn habe und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, sind Partys und Veranstaltungen verboten. Nachtruhe: 22: Uhr

The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Umgeben von Grünflächen mit Blick auf das Siebengebirge & den Petersberg - trotzdem in City- & Rheinnähe zum spazieren und Sonnenbaden. Bei eurem Aufenthalt soll es euch an nichts fehlen. My SmartHome in Bonn with view on Siebengebirge

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

"Der Schuppen" ist eine ehemalige Werkstatt, die ich zu einem modernen, kleinen Wohlfühl-Haus umgebaut habe. Sie wohnen zentral, aber mitten im Grünen, am Fuß des Venusbergs. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind fußläufig in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt die Bahn 11 Minuten. Das Haus der Geschichte ist 1,4 km und das World Conference Center 1,9 km entfernt. Der offen gestaltete "Schuppen" verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang.
