Pulling into the driveway you will pass our farm stand where you can purchase farm fresh eggs. Upon parking, our gated dwarf Goats will offer a warm welcome.

Welcome to Salty Sea Dog, a cozy escape on the secluded Corolla 4x4 beaches where wild horses roam. A 4WD vehicle is required, rewarding you with quiet, uncrowded beaches and a special Outer Banks getaway. Relax in the covered outdoor sitting area with a fire-top table, soak in the 4-person hot tub, unwind in the hammock, or gather around the yard fire pit. Enjoy coffee on the front deck with rocking chairs under live oaks. Inside offers two bedrooms and everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Welcome to Splash of Lime Carova OBX! Our remote beach cottage is reached by 9 miles of beach driving after the pavement ends in Corolla and part of the adventure. Wild horses often roam nearby. Relax on the ocean-view porch, walk the shoreline for treasures, or drive your gear right onto the sand. A 4WD vehicle is required. Town is about 30 minutes away, and the scenic drive with wildlife sightings are all part of the experience.
