Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Trident Cottage

Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, beach towels, beach cart, chairs, and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use. 2 pools, playground and pickleball court!

Bayview Cottage

This 3 bed/2 bath cottage overlooks the expansive Coinjock bay. This custom home has a huge living & dining space, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 King primary w/private bath), gorgeous kitchen & a screened in porch that will leave you speechless. That is just on the inside. The outside has ample seating for enjoying cocktails or coffee, plenty of room for cornhole/grilling & a spectacular fire pit. A quick ride to the OBX or a few miles from world class duck hunting.

Private attached MOTHER IN LAW suite (not the whole house) in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Hampton Roads. NOTE: Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We offer keyless entry and a private parking space, private pool and backyard grill area. All are welcome here, including pets. We ask that you tell us if you are bringing a pet(s) and I'll message you about the added pet fee.

Break’n Wind is a cute and cozy 3 BR/3 BA beach house located on the pristine beaches in the 4-Wheel Drive area of Corolla, NC, also known as Carova. Beautiful views! Wild horses roam free & will visit you at the house! Really! Located off road in 4-Wheel Drive area. Your vehicle must have 4WD or AWD with high clearance to get through high sand. No paved roads.
