You will reach the island via a graceful footbridge. On a small island there is an exquisite house that can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The total living area of the house is 26m2. In the house you can relax not only during the warm season - the house is heated by radiators, and there is also a floor heating function. The house has: Elegant double bed; Kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle; Toilet with shower cabin; The house is heated with a radiator; Warm floor; Bath accessories; 2 sets of bathrobes and slippers; Tea, coffee, cookies; Parking available near the island for 2 cars; 2 yoga mats;

SPA studio room 4 persons, with SAUNA & POOL

SPA area with SAUNA, POOL and TWO DOUBLE BEDS. Great place for relaxation and wellness procedures SUITABLE FOR 6 VISITORS ON DAYTIME VISIT OR FOR 4 PERSONS with the ability TO STAY OVERNIGHT. Sauna (2-3 hours hot) is included in the price, if you want to get extra hours or use the sauna on the second day of your stay, it will cost 30EUR for 3 hours (or 10EUR/1 hour if you need more than three hours). Please inform the administrator about your wish in advance (two hours in advance or earlier).

River House

Our new 25m2 River House with a living room and a bedroom is a separate house on a very river bank. It has a separate living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. You will find a sofa with additional sleeping seats in the living room. The house has a wide terrace facing the river, outdoor furniture, grilling amenities and sunbeds. House is equipped with heating system and air conditioning. In this house you will find warm wool blankets, hairdryer, dishes, coffee machine and electric kettle

Sunny, design 1-bedroom apartment, free parking

Comfy apartment is located in Jugla district, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with an expandable couch. Ideal for singles, working expats, couples and a family with 1 child. Fast WiFi. Kitchen is accessible from the living room. Bathroom has a WC and a bathtub with an overhead shower. Located on a 5th floor(no elevator). Nearby plenty of grocery stores, a forest area with a lake is a short walk away. Excellent public transport lines to the center. Car parking in the area is free.

We offer moto and car rental, if necessary. Also you can use our games, puzzles, volleyball, badminton etc. we have for free.
