Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

Charming room in Central Town house

In the Heart of Town, our Victorian house offers a comfortable, good value stay in friendly and quiet surroundings. No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. Please check my other rooms in the property.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am when requested. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom. Lovely modern home in village with easy access from A12 and 5 miles from Chelmsford or Maldon. Free parking in road directly outside house.

Bathroom all fully refurbished with demister mirror. Continental breakfast served in the dining room, secluded garden area available for your use. Distance from Chelmsford city is a 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive & buses run regularly from the end of the road. London Liverpool Street is a 25 minute train journey.

LOVELY GEORGIAN HOUSE IN HEART OF VILLAGE

Our comfortable king-size bedroom with own bathroom, in a separate area upstairs in our house, overlooks a lovely walled garden in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in England. We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. We are perfectly placed to enjoy beautiful Flatford Mill and Constable country. The coast is nearby too.

A rural annexe offering very comfortable, peaceful, accommodation, 2 double or twin rooms with Sky TV, Wifi, a sitting room with TV. Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

Red lion little barn

Enjoy a relaxing and restful stay in this beautifully converted little barn, located in the lovely Suffolk countryside on the Shotley peninsula near Woolverstone. Close to the rivers Orwell and Stour and surrounded by many splendid walking opportunities and restored in the grounds of the Red Lion, one of the loveliest restaurants in the area.
