Go from sintra about 12 km to Magoito beach (Praia do Magoito). When you arrive in Magoito go all the way down to the beach and pass the fortress by the sea. Turn right and you will see the last two white houses. You're there! This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.
