Il mio alloggio, di recente ristrutturazione in tipico palazzo ligure, e' situato fronte mare con una splendida vista sulla Baia del Silenzio, vicino ai migliori bar e ristoranti del centro. Ti piacerà per la posizione, l'atmosfera, il quartiere, gli spazi esterni. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie con bambini (e' a disposizione letto Baby Farma per l'infanzia) e chiaramente non manca la macchina del caffe' Nespresso . In un vecchio mulino, in passato adibito alle spremiture delle olive i proprietari hanno ricavato due appartamenti. "Il Mulino" ha il suo ingresso indipendente a cui si accede tramite una comoda scalinata, una zona esterna attrezzata per momenti di relax e per pranzare all'aperto. Piscina RISCALDATA (dal 2025) con impianto a sale da condividere con gli altri ospiti, solarium. L'interno si trova in un unico piano con due camere matrimoniali, bagno con doccia e zona giorno/cucina.

Ideal for visiting the most beautiful places on the Eastern Riviera. The building was originally a family-run hotel and restaurant (La Vetta) built by my aunt and uncle.

Borghetto Santa Giulia è un idilliaco resort nell'esclusiva zona fronte mare della Liguria, lontano dal caos turistico. La tenuta offre una posizione panoramica in un vasto uliveto con una splendida vista sul Golfo del Tigullio. La posizione dominante gode di una vista mozzafiato che spazia da Sestri Levante a Portofino. Essendo sulla parte più esposta della collina, praticamente di fronte ad essa non c'è nulla se non il mare.

La casa é affacciata nel golfo del Tigullio dove gode di una eccezionale vista mare ,nella quite delle colline Liguri, pur essendo a pochi passi dal mare. ha il Garage dove parte l'ascensore che raggiunge il primo piano dove si trova la cucina, salone, tinello, terrazza , jacuzzi, BBQ,bagno di disimpegno,e il secondo piano con tre camere da letto e i loro bagni privati, più camera in mansarda con bagno.
