Ο χώρος είναι προσφάτως ανακαινισμένος και τα έπιπλα αναπαλαιωμένα με την τεχνική της πατίνας. Φιλοξενεί 6 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή παρέες φίλων. Διαθέτει 4 air conditioning, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα για ζεστό νερό κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας, δωρεάν WiFi, τηλεοράσεις σε όλα τα δωμάτια, εντοιχισμένη κουζίνα και ντουλάπια πλήρως εξοπλισμένα, αυτόνομη θέρμανση με καλοριφέρ για τους χειμερινούς επισκέπτες και τζάκι. Pothaki's house is a traditional family house located in a quiet, picturesque village called "Potamos". The house offers privacy and a magnificent view to the port and bay of Aegiali. To reach the house you need to walk 160 stairs. It is located 5 minutes away from the main parking area of the village. The house consists of the main living area/bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen and the yard. It has been fully renovated, keeping at the same time the original decoration and traditional style

The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .
