The Studio at Drumshang House is a 2 bedroom annex that was an artist studio due to the wonderful views over the Forth of Clyde is approx 8 miles from Ayr and lies on the coast road having walking access to the coast with its beaches and the Coastal Path walk is a place to get away from it all. Situated in a rural location surrounded by farms the village of Dunure is only a short drive or walk away with a picturesque harbour that has featured in the Outlander series a pub and wonderful cafe

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. Galloway Forest highlights include scenic trails, Bruce’s Stone, and the Red Deer Range. On the edge of the Dark Sky Park, it’s perfect for stargazing.

Carrick Lodge is one of two lodges within the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church. Set in a semi-rural location, it is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a lovely private, secluded and sheltered covered decking area with wood burning stove, allowing you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
