Our annex provides a light & modern place to explore, relax or simply somewhere to stay for work. The annex benefits from its own private entrance, very fast broadband, parking for up to two vehicles, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, small patio & communal gardens. Escape to the country and unwind at this charming, elegant cottage in 2 acres of lovely gardens with swimming pool, tennis badminton and table tennis, and county walks starting from your door. Located on the edge of the award winning village of Cuddington, walk to the thatched roof pub for drinks and dinner or village store for supplies and news papers. Only 10 minutes drive to the bustling market town of Thame, 35 minutes to Oxford, 40 minutes to London by train and 45 minutes to London LHR.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY. THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY. IT WILL CLOSE 8/09/25

Our Studio located in the quiet village of Long Marston, is a bright, clean and comfortable space for one or two people. We are surrounded by some gorgeous countryside, lots of lovely walks from the village. The market town of Tring with its weekly market, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and thriving high street is 3.5 miles away. We are close to the Tring resevoirs, a delight for bird watchers. Convenient for both Luton and Heathrow airports 23 and 36 mins depending on traffic.

Little Oak is a delightful one bedroom self contained single storey timber barn. Based on the outskirts of Cublington village with easy access to the market towns of Aylesbury 6 miles, and Leighton Buzzard 5 miles and the bustling new town of Milton Keynes 10 miles. Bicester Village retail shopping venue is only a 35 minute drive. Oxford is easily reached by car or bus from Aylesbury. Ideally located for many National Trust properties and Bletchley Park museum.

Located in an AONB in the Chess valley you can from your private entrance enjoy walking, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing. The sitting room opens onto the comfortable double bedroom with an en suite shower room. The Garden room, bedroom and bathroom are separated from the rest of the house Beverages, breakfast pack, towels and toiletries. are provided.
