appartement en excellent état à notre arrivée tout été impeccable. à 400 mètres du quartier animé et du marché et du métro. je recommande cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent être à proximité de tout.

Logement qui correspondait parfaitement aux photos et très très bien localisé. Quartiers animés facilement accessibles en transports en commun. Layla a également été très efficace au niveau de la communication.

Ubytování bylo dobře umístěné asi 3 minuty od zastávky. Jsou zde obchody i restaurace. Vše bylo čisté, byla k dispozici soukromá terasa s výhledem, vlastní koupelna a kuchyň. Ubytování je vedle nádraží, takže je občas slyšet vlak, ale během pár hodin jsem to přestala vnímat a ničím mě to neobtěžovalo. Určitě bych všem doporučila!

最高のお泊まりでした。 特に旅人への心遣いが溢れている場所でした。 難波駅から近くて移動もすごく便利でしたし、割りと静かなところでしたのでゆっくり休むこともできました。 次回また泊まりたいと思います。^^

We loved staying at Hiroyasus place as a family of 6. The apartment was very modern, spacious and luxurious. The hosts were very kind and responded quickly to messages. Location was good with restaurants and supermarket close by. short walk to multiple subway stations so easy to access tourist attractions and airport. thank you Hiroyasu and 小林 for a lovely stay!

交通便利，过去心斋桥只要步行5分钟，闹中带静，步行200米就有一个地铁站，很方便

nous avons séjourné chez lily pour notre première fois à Osaka nous étions une famille de 5 et nous sommes agréablement surpris le quartier est très calme à proximité des stations de métro. le logement est bien équipé et très propre. Lily est d'une réactivité incontournable et très gentille elle a fait le maximum pour un checkin avant 16h et nous a déposé à la gare pour notre check out. je vous recommande ce logement pour votre séjour.

It was peaceful n clean place, little far from train station but manageable, host is very responsive and caring. All the amenities provided were nice and comfortable to stay. I would recommend this place people travelling with family and want to cook.

Tengachaya is an awesome neighbourhood - a hidden gem with old market, vintage tramway and good old Cafe Rumba.. Very walkable to the train station and many eateries nearby.. please spend some time exploring the neighbourhood and you will not regret it.. if you love cats, the neighbour has five of them and they are simply lovely ❤️ This place is cosy and just like home!!

Great place to stay, very cute building in the traditional Japanese style in a quiet, secluded neighborhood with multiple restaurants just a block away. One note, there are no western style blinds (traditional Japanese window coverings) when we stayed so it gets fairly bright in the morning when the sun comes up.

we could use 4 rooms for everyone and also a parking lot. and every evening, we satisfied with dinning room and kitchen for our party.

Loved our stay at Saki and Roy’s place! We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 kids (12 and 7) check in when super easy. The house was very clean had great amenities. It had all the kitchen items and bathroom toiletries you would need for a stay. Lots of beds for our family. We love how close it was to the metro and family mart. Even fell in love with a steakhouse restaurant right down the street. We will recommend and would stay again when in Osaka!

Great stay for the 4 of us. The host was incredibly responsive and let us drop off our luggage ahead of time as well. Place was spotless and included anything you'd need for a couple night's stay. Located close to many subway entrances as well. I'd recommend it to older guests versus young families just because of the content of the area. Overall a great place!

Liren is very helpful and always checking you if everything is okay and well. as for the place. it was excellent. though i would suggest to add more utensils and towel to make it perfect. thank you for everything. I love your place.

住到了来日本以来最大的民宿，小伙伴进门就惊呼是豪宅的存在，面积大设施齐全，在商圈内，离南波站日本桥地铁都很近，道顿堀心斋桥步行即可到达，民宿边上全家的斜对面还有一家地道的小店，家庭经营都是本地人吃，味道非常不错。就是希望客厅可以多放几把椅子，我们同行四人坐在沙发上有点逼仄，希望店主能够采纳意见。

Everything was perfect. Location is great, price is convenient. Very clean and tidy small apartment. I would highly recommend to stay here. The only downfall was noisy neighbors unfortunately. Maybe it is because of a bank holiday next day, they kept talking loud until 1.00 AM. I only stayed for one night so this is might be also bad luck. Highly recommended.

With Ka Kou, you can’t ask for a better host. He has been very responsive from the time the booking has been confirmed up until we checked out. He was very accommodating and went even beyond what is typically expected of a host. The place itself is spacious, has good amenities, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and drug stores, and is about a 3-minute walk from the Tengachaya station. This place is highly recommended and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this again if we can return to Osaka.
