You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

Our newly constructed family home is 3 Bed,2 Bath - kitchen,dining,living room . Outside shower, also has fish cleaning table, and storage area for your wind surfing supplies, fishing poles, or bikes. Walk across the street to the beach(4 Minute walk). Shopping for groceries(1 mile away) along with restaurants, and gift shops for the shoppers. Havens’s place unit 2

This is a one bedroom plus kitchenette located on hwy 12 in Buxton. It is located across from sound.You will have a private back entrance and your own parking area. People keep asking me about hot water. You definitely have hot water, I’m Not sure where on the listing it says no hot water but I assure you there is. When I’m able to find it I will change it. Be advised you are staying in the smaller half of a trailer that has its own entrance, a small kitchenette, a bedroom and bathroom.
