A lovely place to stay, the photos don’t do the house justice. A great peaceful location with plenty to do a short drive away.

What an amazing house and location. We have had a magical Christmas with everything we needed; walks, tennis, piano. The layout of the house and expansive living space suited us very well. The dog was as thrilled as her humans. The kitchen/dining room/glassware/crockery/cutlery are genuinely set up for a huge number which makes catering so much easier. As long as you don’t mind a short walk, Banchory is accessible by foot- you need a head torch in Winter! Definitely on the repeat list!

I stayed here with some colleagues for a few days and we had a great time! Lovely house, great host, and a very scenic village. We had one minor issue with the hot water but Lorraine resolved it within 5 minutes of us reaching out to her. Would highly recommend!

fantastic stay. great house, incredible large fenced garden that was great for our 2 dachshunds, warm and comfy house. plenty of furnishings for beds and great towels. the deep bath is fantastic. Kitchen has everything you need, ample firewood and kindling provided. 5 min drive to Invergordon shops or 10 mins to larger Morrisons/Lidl near Alness. Great views. 10/10 stay.

As with our prior stay at Yvonne’s property, everything was perfectly clean and comfortable, and Yvonne was as attentive as ever in responding to any questions we had. Would happily stay here again

Tanglewood is an excellent Airbnb and met all our families needs. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and the hot tub was one of the highlights of the weekend. It’s a very handy location for the beach, golf or restaurants.

Fantastic house, we can’t wait to come back. Perfect for a large group, four upstairs bedrooms all had en suites, and fifth bedroom on lower level had a bathroom across the hall. Kitchen was so well equipped. House is spacious. And the location is amazing - only 10 minutes drive to Inverness but surrounded by farms. We were greeted on our first morning by horses just a few feet from our windows.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Every room had a full bathroom which was lovely, walking distance to many stores and downtown Inverness, extremely cozy backyard, and lots of other amenities to make our stay fantastic!! We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone! Laird’s Lodge (the bar in the backyard) was also absolutely adorable, we used it every night! 11/10 stars!

Great location with amazing scenery, so peaceful after the hurly burly of modern life. The Lodge was everything we had imagined, very comfy beds, loved the upstairs lounge with Super comfy sofas. Sheridan greeted us with jam and eggs even though she had to rush to the airport! The gardens were very attractive and spacious but sadly we could not take advantage of them because of the weather!

We really liked the house and location. Have visited Inverness, Aviemore, Black Isle before but never this area of Culloden Moor which is stunning. We would have loved to have explored it more. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to other family groups. You have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the extra touches with the robes for when you come out the swims/hot tub is lovely. Giving dark coloured face clothes for removing makeup is another nice touch. It was also really nice to see all the disabled aids available too and the shower being accessible too. Hosts were prompt at replying to queries and everything is covered in the welcome pack.

This is a lovely house with beautiful views in a fantastic location! We got very lucky with sunny weather during our stay meaning we could make the most of the gorgeous surroundings - we did white water rafting on the River Tay and enjoyed the Taymouth Marina spa, all of which were a short drive away from the house. The house was just as described and pictured and the hosts were great - they were very responsive and flexible, allowing us to have both an early checkin and late check out. There is a good amount of parking at the property and the kitchen was well stocked with all amenities you could need. The house is on a main road but it is not busy and traffic noise was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this house to a group.

We had a wonderful stay in Vicki and Jim's lovely home. The house was spotless on arrival and the check in process was very straightforward. They provided everything you could need and the private outdoor area with the hot tub and sauna was fantastic. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely return in the future.
