Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αρμόλια,το οποίο ανήκει στα Μαστιχοχώρια της Χιου.Τα σπίτια είναι πέτρινα ,παραδοσιακά και χτισμένα το ένα πολύ κοντά στο άλλο.Το χωριό είναι γνωστό για τα πήλινα αγγεία που εδώ και αιώνες δημιουργούν οι κάτοικοι του.Περίπου στα 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ,ζαχαροπλαστείο,καφενείο,ψητοπωλείο,παραδοσιακή ταβέρνα,2 πρατήρια καυσίμων,φαρμακείο και κέντρο υγείας, ενώ πολύ κοντά βρίσκονται οι ωραιότερες παραλίες της νότιας Χίου(Κώμη,Μαύρα Βόλια,...)
