My Avalon home is a wonderful warm and sunny cottage just 2 blocks from the beach, shops, boating, and other entertainment. It is located on "the flats" in the center of town for an easy walk to all destinations. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

This four bedroom house is located on Eucalyptus Avenue, the best street in Avalon. the street is pedestrian only and is much quieter than the other streets because of there are no go carts zooming up an d down. The house is also one block from the supermarket and a few blocks from the pier and beach. The house itself is a quintessential Catalina charmer.
