Clean, safe neighborhood. House was squeaky clean. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms great for my son and I. Whole Foods and a lot of restaurants close by. Didn’t have time to use the community resources.

Aly’s place was great for our family. Check in and check out was easy. The kitchen and the apartment were adequately equipped, the beds were comfortable, the pool was a bit chilly but the hot tub was great. Aly was quick in her responses and overall, it was a very nice stay!

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Good communication, easy check-in/out, place was as described & looked like the photos. Location was a perfect home base for our OC visit. Felt safe & secure. On-site access to EV charging is definitely a huge plus. Nice amenities. Would stay again!

Nate’s stay was just what I needed for a local “getaway.” It was near good food, shops, and the pool and spa were great.

Beautiful place to relax and have fun. Look forward to the visit every year. Best way to do Catalina is at Blake’s. I’ve stayed at many properties all over Catalina and this property is definitely me and my family’s favorite. Blake is always a great host and I look forward to spending time at his property every year.

Great place to stay, doesn’t appear that it gets rented often, no soap, and limited amenities. Host wasn’t quick to respond, but overall great views and great location.

Overall stay was amazing, with beautiful views. Check in went smooth thanks to the host explaining everything beforehand. I would recommend downloading the Circuit app for transportation from the check-in location to Hamilton Cove. Circuit transportation is a lot cheaper than catching a taxi. The Hamilton Cove unit is a well-maintained updated condo. The unit does come with a golf cart which is a bit worn, however it got us around the island during our stay. The views from the unit are spectacular and it’s a quiet community. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, we are scheduled to go and stay there in February. But the weather was so bad. The boat would not sail so they let us change the dates which was great. I appreciate how they accommodated us ..The price was pretty steep, but they included the free golf cart which was great so that equaled out to a better value if we had no golf cart then it would’ve been steep but for the money, it was worth the view pretty quiet in there. But we tried our best to keep quiet. We enjoyed our view from our room and our living room. But I do think checkouts should be according to the weather when it’s cold outside you don’t wanna hang out down by the beach you wanna go inside. They did give us a little bit early check in when we arrived. And when we checked-out we did ask for later check out. They did extend it by one hour, but they should have told us sooner not an hour before checkout .My husband didn’t come on the trip Because of the check-in and checkout times.

Had our first visit to Catalina, and I'm so glad we found this gem. The condo was beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. If you didn't know better, it looks like you are in Greece! You can see down to the private beach (Note:pebbles, not sand) and hear the waves crashing easily from the balconies. Everything is as described, the home was impeccably cleaned, and EVERY, SINGLE, THING throughout the entire condo was nautically themed. Dishes, towels, bedding, decor; It was absolute delight! Plenty of extra blankets & towels, and space heaters should you need them. Also major bonus - you get your own golf cart included. This is a secluded community, so not within walking distance of downtown Avalon, but if you prefer the serenity of hearing the waves and having a perfect view of the sunrise, this is a perfect spot. Oh, and Amber was incredibly prompt and courteous with responding. Should we go to Avalon again, I'm sure we will try to book here first.

This is a high end remodel. Brand new golf cart. Community is slacking a bit, but this is the best place to stay at on the island. Fun getaway. Highly recommend.

We had the loveliest time here and would love to come back. Wonderful views, very clean, great community amenities, and friendly staff. Accessibility to town is a breeze with the provided golf cart. The on-site ocean access (cove) is a great option for a less-crowded experience.

A beautifully clean space that felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated near local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I can't wait to return!

Happy to have found this place! Was perfect for family of 6 to relax and have plenty of space for cooking meals, sleeping, showering after beach, etc. The market and amenities close by was an added plus. The host was super quick, responsive and helpful video / info for the unit.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Our friend group stayed at the Comfy Cottage for the Long Beach Grand Prix and really enjoyed the place! The hosts were very proactive and helpful in giving us recommendations to avoid having to drive to the track each day. They were also extremely friendly and available throughout our stay for any questions. The home was very clean and has a well executed nautical theme! We enjoyed finding the various thematic Easter eggs in the decor throughout our stay! We didn't have any kids with us, but the home is well equipped for a group with kids (lots of toys and games, as well as baby gates). There is a parking space for the Airbnb in the alley - there are some tight turns to get there, so a sedan or small crossover would be the best option if you are bringing a car, but you could probably park a bigger vehicle on the street if needed. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Long Beach!

We stayed in Corey’s well equipped and very comfortable home for over 6 weeks. We could feel the care and attention to detail that made it a peaceful sanctuary. Corey was kind, attentive and responded to our questions, comments or needs quickly. If I could give him a 10 star review I would! The neighborhood is quaint, friendly and so walkable. Truly a gem of a place to call home.

I have to say the most impressive plus point is the view and scenery. The neighborhood is amazing despite being a bit remote from local access. The second best thing is the communication and the desire to help guests. The inside is pretty old, and although it has almost all necessary equipment, they need to upgrade them, as they are very old and look like no update has been done. The gym shown in the photos is almost non-usable except for the treadmill and elliptical. The knives are blunt and need replacement. Repairs must be completed at their own expense, not the guests’. They should pause availability until all repairs are done. It’s not appropriate to place black plastic wrap on the roof. But overall, I give credit not because it was a perfect stay but because of the view and their communication. AND ABOVE ALL, WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AND I don’t want to consider a negative thing in my memory even if it’s unrelated. THAT IS HOW POSITIVE I AM.

I highly recommend this place! Dale was very communicative and was willing to let us go in early to decorate for our friend’s birthday. Whenever we had questions he’d always be available to answer. The place was very nice as well and it had a nice view from the second floor! Would definitely book another time !

Super cute place and matched the pictures exactly. First thing i noticed walking in was how clean and comfortable the whole apartment was. Check in was extremely easy and daniel was great about responding quickly. Definitely will be looking at booking again for the summer!!
