Oceanfront villa w/ One of a kind Amazing View

Catalina is the kind of place where you can forget about the real world and just take it easy for a while. If you feel like a swim, just head down to the heated pool or jump into the crystal clear ocean. Add in things like a gym, tennis courts, sandy volleyball court and a croquet green, heated pool/spa with panoramic ocean view or just head to the beach– it's just minutes away and Descanso Beach is located right next door where you can enjoy live music and enjoy a cabana/lounge for the day.

House on the Hill

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Hamilton Cover offers amazing views from the balcony. Along with the rental you have access to the golf cart allowing easy access to zip over to town. The area provides for private beaches where only the community has access. This spacious one bedroom condo allows for views of the ocean from one complete side. Access to this condo is from the top street allowing quick in and out of the community.
