Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

This accommodation is very centrally located in the 3rd district (Landstrasse) of the city of Vienna. The underground (U3) takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.

Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
